Welcome to SelfTapeHero. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our app and services. By using SelfTapeHero, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

SelfTapeHero is provided for Mac OS users only. You agree to use it in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed securely via the Mac App Store as detailed on the landing page. Plans include a 1-week free trial for new users. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the trial period and at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off in your App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select.

3. Refund Policy

Please review our Refund Policy for details about cancellations and refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in SelfTapeHero and its content are owned by Barry Nerling. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

SelfTapeHero is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
